I was offered $3k for my NA R33 on trade in. I then sold it for 7.5k (without RWC) within 24hrs of it going on carsales. I could have probably milked another grand out of it but I wanted a quick sale.

This, they'd put it up for sale for 8k a week later and some chump would snap it up (thinking they got a good deal because it's a skyline from a dealer) and the dealer would be laughing all the way to the bank

well considering they are in the business of selling cars for profit, what do you expect?

I know it might not be relevant today but i traded my 97 s2 NA r33 for my s15 back in 2005 for 12k - today? who knows but NA skylines are still in demand for p platers so u might get lucky.

like the others say, go private; check current skylines for sale in similar nick and put that price. If no bites, reduce price by 500bux a week until it sells

Thank-you, for pointing out the obvious. But I was referring PARTICULARLY to dealers getting N/A R32-34's traded. Because they're garanteed to make a quick profit, when some idiot P-Plater runs in and buys it, as opposed to a less desirable car that would have the tendancy to sit in the yard.
