This statement is self-contradicting. "turn over" and "crank" are the same thing, so you must mean it will crank but not start.

In any case, the battery is on its last legs. The ECU requires a minimum voltage to stay alive (about 7V, I think). You may be using so much battery voltage just to crank the engine that there isn't sufficient to fire up the ECU, so the engine doesn't start.

It could all be the result of a loose fan belt. Check the fan belt tension. Then get a jump start. Then go and get a new battery.

Most battery tenders can test alternators. Some shops will test them for free also. That will rule that out.

OH NO~!!! problem i charged my car worked for one nite the next day its gone again .......

what can it be....alternator... ????

help help !

peaces!

Chris!

you could have a dropped cell in your battery mate

straight off the charge it will start the car but let it sit for afew hours and it wont start the car

If it was the alternator it would just die when driving. i have a dropped cell atm and its definetly on its last legs

only fix is to replace the battery, as above go to a battery place or super cheap even do it and get your battery tested.
