Had the thought yesterday to use the ARP rod bolts I have for my spool rods on the stock rods in the stocker bottom end about to go in, unfortunately they don't fit stock rods :(

So, for the sake of $150 or so, I figured it would be a worthwhile investment for my standard bottom end.

So I guess there are two questions I have:

Will a set of decent rod bolts help a stock RB30E bottom end live a longer life when boosted?

Are the SR20 (202-6005) rod bolts the ones to use for RB30 rods?

Edit: I did search, and apparently they do "fit" but there were differeing opinions on how well they fit and whether they were a good idea or not.

While they do fit they are a bit short apparently but still work anyway. The vg30 arp rod bolts as well but require a bit of the top ground off as they are a tad to long.

While we are on the topic anyone got half a packet of sr20 bolts they want to sell :-)
