hey nice, thats a unique and rare tommy kaira you had there Godz1lla....

its got the rims, the suspension, the TK intercooler, all the engine bits everything that makes it a TK is there... that would of been nice...

Godzilla - NICE! But was that the standard front bar, option 3 or something? Mine is different but has the TK little sunk in plaque in it.

Man I want those wheels.. Time to start sending some emails to TK about it.. Hopefully find some. Will keep the ones I have for track days, skid pan, drags etc etc, thrasher wheels really.

Mine has different seats. GTR 33 seats which I was told is factory. Coil cover is black with TK in silver on it.

Wheels and HKS coilovers.. <-- All done by previous owner. Plus my cooler piping is different, both pipes run down the left hand side to the cooler. Which also has a TK badge welded to it.

My engine is being rebuilt because the stock one failed, not because I wanted to.

As far as bolt ons go, 6boost manifold(spoke to them 2 days ago bout changing from 50mm external port to twin 38mm ports), swapping my 50mm pro-gate for twin Tial 38mm gates. Decided on a GTX35R with split divided T4 1.06 rear.

Am considering changing from a plazmaman plenum to something else because of issues with fuel rails and stuff not fitting. But apparently plazmaman have something to fix this. We'll see.

And just LOL, 75coupe your a f**ken joke, f**ken pathetic and a f**ken loser. Go be a dick somehwere else. Theres always one.

R33 gtst tk (m25) had optional tk seats seats or std gtst seats :)

Front bar on mine was a nismo r33 gtr replica, the old std tk got damaged and instead of repairing got chucked int he bin along with the std tk sideskirts :(

hey guys just wondering what a blown r33 turbo is worth

Depends whats wrong with it, if the wheel ate the housings and there is nothing usable $0

Otherwise maybe $100 if its a neo turbo and someone wants to high flow it.

    • Yeah 4wd (boosted) has a recess in the firewall for the booster, and 2wd is flat - the example in the link shows the flat surface. When you deleted the booster, did you just attach the factory slave cylinder directly to the recess in the firewall with no adaption?
    • Yes, but no. You need to keep the mating surfaces bare (ie the flat faces where the caliper and upright pads touch the dogbone) and also the internal threads will remain bare (unless there are no internal threads - do they use nuts on all the bolts?). So you can slow down obvious external corrosion, but not all of it. Anodising would be required to provide decent protection to the alloy, but I'm not actually sure if you should anodise something that is all about the strength. Anodising does reduce strength significantly. Like, up to 50% on some alloys for high thickness coating.
    • Thanks   does painting on aluminium work or stop them from corroding?
    • 'Sgot nothing to do with them being Japanese. The climate in the north of Japan has similarities to the UK - the cars are made in the knowledge that they have snow and salt, and they rot there. Cars made in the US rot like buggery in the US. British cars have always rotted regardless of the weather. They will rot indoors in a climate controlled bubble! The brackets are not unsafe yet, but they will get that way. They may well corrode where the bolt threads are in contact and the bolts could just jump out without warning.
    • So unsafe would you say now?   little bit of has come off, guess road salt is a nightmare for Japanese car. Mx5 here have a well known issue or rotting
