The Type A cams are designed to get stable idle and raise low-mid RPM torque,

the duration of EX camshaft is shorter. No head work required, simply drop in.

I was told it was new yes, and it looks to be!(i bought it second hand)but it hasnt been put together as yet. i can send see pics if your still interested.
