Do I Need These Lines?

I have these high pressure lines left here on my r32 which is mid way through a conversion. It has a Hicas lock bar installed, so can I just rip these out? its 2 lines that go into this little box thing pictures, then has a third smaller line coming out.

And in this pic, is the black hose with the hose clamp the power steering line that needs to be connected to the power steering pump? as the power steering cooler (hose in front of the radiator) has been completely ripped out. and is the hose next to that the hose to my fuel pressure regulator?

There's a thread on here somewhere showing you how to completely bypass and remove all the HICAS gear. You need to loop the lines that used to come from the rear stage of the PS pump through the cooler loop, or get rid of the HICAS PS pump and get one from a later car that had no HICAS or had the electric HICAS and so only had a 1 stage pump. Which is all described in the thread....somewhere.
