New Imported Stagea Aero M35 2003

Hi Guys,

My Stagea just landed in compliance however the issue is good body, one chip on right hand wheel arch. But rust underbody including strut towers....

Question is any ideas, other car is going soon. And this was the replacement. Happy to delay sale if this can be -re deadened for a good price.

Also re-quires new wipers... bubbling paint.. (SNOW CAR FOR SURE) wasn't impressed with dealer information (great car, smells new etc etc crap crap)

wanted to know if i should start looking again or get it fixed hopefully cheap...(price ?) and will it cause any issues...

Well the compliance workshop will be able to tell you that. AFAIK a car cant have any structural rust in it for compliance, if it has you either must send it back to Japan or destroy/part out the car.

There is one on ebay that is getting parted out from rust. It didnt pass compliance. I would part it out and start again. Its something you might never be happy about.

yeah and i'm renovating the house atm so no room... All the mods are going to be delayed though...

least its an excuse to get rid of the stock exhaust....... attached some pics of it!

OK guys, time to calm down . I'll let Troy tell the story if he wants, but it looks like he's come to a favourable agreement with the dealer so you won't be fighting over all the goodies just yet.

Nice looking car IMO. That leather does look particularly well cared for.

sorry to disappoint but car the dealer agreed to re-work the underbody and replace the effected wipers. Left only with a few issues only. Otherwise great car.

Would have been hard to part out that interior anyway........ too nice....!
