The car is runnin abit rich at the moment too plus one of the sparkies isn't the best cause one of the spitfires shit itself and I had to run a standard pack for a day till I got another set of spitfires.

I don't understand the concept of a retune if no hardware was changed... if a cars health has deteriorated that far since the tune, it's probably dead.. This obviously isn't the case if you have a shit tune though.. Hard to diagnose, if it is hardware related, leaking hose, it will always have the issue...

Well I dunno dude, it's always pinged abit after the tune so ill get that sorted when i get sum time off work but this new problem only started once I changed the type of oil I use

It could be that the ecu has a "summer" tune in it, an the ecu isn't adjusting the tune to the cooler temps appropriately and hence running flat and misfiring. And this is why a retune would help. But then you'll have issues once the temps warm up again.

Get a tune during winter and when summer comes around drive the car less and more casually. It will go harder in winter anyway.

i drive the same - i just turn the boost down by 5psi across the whole map in summer.
