Easy to remove ths siren after all that. Surprised theres no immobiliser.

I thought Leon might like to know he was half right about the battery... Its down to 69% capacity, which according to Snap On is replacement time.

BUT it doesnt have any dead cells, so it should be fine.

That said it is a 6 year old Pitwork battery, so I'll replace it soon.

New alarm goes in tomorrow, and this nightmare is over!

Keep your eye on the battery because one day your car will do something strange & it's not always the first thing you think of as being the cause. 6 years old means it's had a pretty good run.
