Yeah, not bad at all

There were a couple of expreienced drifters there, in particular a black 180 (I think) who put on a pretty good show (arm out window mid-drift etc), but a lot of them were just losing it left right and centre (not saying I could have done better...). But I suppose that is the place to hone your skills :)

A good day all up

Evo83: they're every month or there abouts so there will be others, although less over winter.

Nice shots there warwick :) I'm off to look at the rest, even if extremely painful on dialup.

The last one I went to, and was good fun to watch. Really want to get out there myself, but personally I think it would put a little too much pressure / risk on my car to want to do that.

Now if i had a cheaper car....maybe if i ever turbo the 31 some fun could be had :)

All I need is a VL turbo manifold, old T3, VLT ECU, dial in some relatively low boost and away I go... this doesn't have LSD either.. (yet :)).. anyhow, must not think of modifying the daily driver, must not think of modifying the daily driver! :)

Sure did, n/a's can be made to drift quite nicely. When i went to a skidpan day basically the instructor said "if its RWD, got a handbrake, and at least some go it can be drifted."

Chaos, 04FAT i think is owned by one of the guys that used to be from Drift Kings, but Drift kings died in the ass and is now called Aspley drift and drag...

I had so much fun yesterday, i cant wait for the next drift meet.

I think i did ok for my 2nd meet though! i will upload videos at a later date.
