R32 Rb20Det Ecu Question W/pictures

Ive got a r32 ecu 22 MEC-R126 23710 04U01.

does anybody know what this switch and screw does or what it says?

Thanks. I had a look at the ecu in my r32 now and it doesnt have this switch. It looks like its been wired onto this (see picture)

Still not sure what it does, has anyone seen a modification like this?

looks like the factory ECU eprom has been replaced. Meaning a tune would have been burnt onto it. The switch could be a trigger to switch maps on the chip. What does the writing say on the chip?

the ecu has been modded. Someone has soldered in a socket and plugged in a chip. (and the switch)

Find a tuner (who has experience with nistune & eproms) and they should be able to read the chip to determine if its got a standard map or not. No biggie

its tuned for a particular setup best bet is to put it on a dyno somewhere and check it.
