intercooler piping.. what sizes?

WHAT SIZE INTERCOOLER PIPING DO YOU USE?

ok i'm getting a hybrid intercooler and what wondering if anyone had one installed and piping fitted to a R32. what i would like to know is , if they used the 3" pipe out of the cooler to the TB and from the turbo?

question 2 - is it ok to use the stock pipes that come from the turbo to under the air fitler and the one going to the TB with the new FMIC? are they big enough?

any info would be great?

I use 2.5 all the way, including stock engine bay pipes with the cross over running back beneath the cooler.

FYI bigger = laggier cos you have a bigger volume to fill, smaller for response. you will not lose power by using a 2.5 pipe for your average (or above average) street car. You could probably use 2 inch with no ill effects. i used 2.5 cos it matched my factory pipes and intercooler inlet and outlet.
