Pic could be deceiving, but he looks somewhere between 90 and 95 in the pic. Not hating...he's got an awesome body (nohomo), but he still looks athletically muscular (what I prefer anyway) rather than a bodybuilder level of hypertrophy, which would be expected at that BF/height/weight from what I've seen. He's got slightly less body fat than me and weighs 22kg more at the same height...with another 22kg of muscle I reckon I'd be a fair bit bigger than that. Maybe he's got a beast set of legs? Haha

Yeh beast legs, shoulders and back. here's the 118kg pic. I think I need to stand next to him for comparison or something for you to realise size.

He used to be on here but not now (not this section though).

Thought I'd revive this thread with a picture of Steve Cook.

Been watching his videos on youtube. Find them to be pretty good, although not the full versions.

Anyway

cant find a decent shot of him outside of competition.

Show ready to normal every day is different. He gets down to 3% for shows but sits around 8% normal at around the 100kg mark

You may have actually seen him at the show. He was on the Optimum Nutrition stand

Id be happy to be 100kg with 8%

I wonder if you could get to that physique naturally.

Apparently his stats are 95kg, 185cm. BF 5.8%

This puts his Fat free mass index to about 26-27. Research shows about 25 to be approaching the upper limit

Paid athelete and competes in the IFBB. Too hard too tell these days!
