come buy/try my meisters if you get desperate, similar sized fronts. another inch wider at the rear

depending on what your trying to acheive, a lower offset and more width would look better. i dont think CR kais would suit though

an 8.5 +30 and 9.5 +30 sits pretty well with very little camber, but if you want width, stretch and camber add an inch all round and drop the offset

Sedan offsets are way weaker than the coupe fyi. On my coupe I run 18 x 9.5" +20 on the front and 18 x 10" +12 on the rear and both sit nicely flush - mind you that is with some camber as well.

You should post this question in the V35 section to get better answers in future :

http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/forum/170-v-series-skylines/

FYI there are only a handful of V35 owners on the SA forums.

Stock 17" sedan wheels are an awful 17 x 7" +45.

Use the following link to assess tyre offsets :

http://www.1010tires.com/WheelOffsetCalculator.asp

The answer to your question is that 8.5 +32 is 32mm wider than stock sedan wheels, and 8.5 +38 is 26mm wider than stock sedan wheels.

Given on my coupe I am 29mm wider at the front and 43mm wider at the rear than the 18 x 8" +30 stock coupe wheels, I would suggest that the CR Kais you have chosen should sit pretty much perfectly on your sedan. Keep in mind if you lower the car then top of your wheels leans in (which will reduce any possible tyre scrubbing), or you can run skinny tyres like 214/45 or 225/40 18s to prevent scrubbing, or you can just roll your arches a bit. But I don't think they will scrub anyhow.

To be 100% sure why don't you just trial fit them?

because they are still in Japan

I am thinking now about 18*8.5+32 front and 18*9.5 +38 rear as I been told from Work Australia by using

- Front 18x8.5 +32 with 235/45/18 - +5 mm outside the guard

- Rear 18x8.5 +38 with 235/45/18 - -17 mm inside the guard

I wanna rears to be flash with the guard

as i said earlier. mine are similarly sized. your welcome to try them to ensure how they sit when you get cr kais

Hi,

I'm running Volk GT-V's on my 300GT in the below offset:

18x8 +33 (55mm dish) 114.3x5

18x9 +37 (75mm dish)114.3x5

Front offset is quite poo but never had any drama with scrubbing when I was running lowered RS-R springs on either end of car. (Now using 350Z springs)

Cheers

that needs a wider wheel or less offset, good choice in wheels though, suit it well

Agreed, on both counts. The offset is spot on for the car though.

And this our family car and the added cost of wider tyres sucks.

Something like attached look pretty good though.

ok guys, thank you very much for your replies. It makes sence now

I am gonna buy front 18x8.5 +32 mid concave and rear 18x9.5 +38 deep cocncave Work CR-KAI but still thinking about colour options. Gunmetal is pretty dark and not sure about bronze with silver body

Any ideas about colour?

You'll hardly see the concave in the rear. There will be none up front. I'd go the 9 +17 front and 9.5 +17 rear if you want the concave

and dont buy new. heres a 8.5 +32 and 9.5 +30 for under 1k landed
