not sealing properly..

sickaflex the surround outside the headlight, take the back off and allow the inside to dry.

re install.. try not to get water on it for about a day..

either that or pull them apart and start from scratch resealing them..

paint the insides black too

Hey Guys,

Anyone else suffer from this problem?

Solutions?

Cheers, Mike.

I assume you guys have checked the obvious things, ie the oring on the back is in tact & it is completely sealing when you close it up?

had the same problem, Dunc is on the money, the rear access panel wasnt sealed up properly

I think they are on properly, I don't know if I'm special or what but they were a real pain in the ass to get back on after i replaced some globes, is there a trick to it?

I noticed there is an arrow on the covers but do they line up with anything, couldn't see if they did...

Mike.
