Anywayz...mate just cut the bastard out it's a restriction ! If it's too loud then just add other hi flow muffler. Easy as !

sweet bugger all in response because at when you are first opening the throttle there is bugger all exhaust gas, so even a small exhaust would have pretty much the same response.
