Let me first say, Hi eveyone. My name is Daniel and I am swapping a rb20 into my 93 240sx coupe. I did a rb20det swap last year, but was an idiot and traded it. I picked up my coupe I have now that was sr powered, but I just didnt like the way the sr felt. I ended up traded with a guy for a "built rb20". Turns out the rb is stock and from a r31(eccs). I was not happy when I found this out, but it was too late to do anything about it. I am making the best out of it and am close to installing the motor in the 240sx.

I have been lurking the forums for a while and figured I would start posting and asking a few questions about the r31 rb20 that most here just dont know....

      MX5 Mania send me a video of some cams we are looking at installed in a NC, this only has a quick tune loaded up and it will hit the dyno tomorrow to see how it actually performs  Will need to do the valves springs and retainers "while we're in there" for reliability  LOL....chop chop chop chop chop chop....  2EBA23B3-(1).3gp

      R12 has not been not available for....decades now. Propane is not a great replacement. (I mean, it's a great replacement, but it is a bit too flammable). R134a being the only way to go forward with an R12 system. The design pressures etc, are close enough to R12's to work. The ability to move heat around is close enough to R12's to work.

      Out of curiosity, what's the reason for converting? I think @R3N3 might have the Frenchy's kit in the R33? I somehow think of you as the ambassador for realistic and clean street-driven setups nowadays
