Rims With Good Tyres

So, im wanting to put my r33 gtst on the track but I just found out my wheels on it now are rats$#t. So I figured I'd try and get some better wheels with decent tyres on it that I can put straight onto the track. The wheels themselves looks wise isn't much of an issue as long as they'd fit onto my car nicely, ie right offset n stuff. Tyres I'd prefer a good road/track tyre, doesn't have to be semi slack just something good to start on. Second hand would be better but if I have to get new ones then I have to get new. I know it sounds a little demanding and I realize sau is not my personal catorer, I just thought I'd see what people had lying around..
