R34 Gtr Bayside Blue Engine Bay Colour?

Im looking at buying a R34 GTR in Bayside Blue and I've noticed that all the engine bays are painted black?

Is this the same for all Blue GTRs? Does anyone have one that has a Blue engine bay that came blue from factory?

1999- AUG 2000 all black engine bays.

AUG 2000 to end of production 2002 all had blue engine bays as per the vehicle color. Cheers Bud.
