OT: As above, proper dips done to full range of movement (bicep touching forearm to lockout) are a much better exercise then the way you're doing. Keep elbows close to body.

I'm really just changing it up a bit, usual doing 35kg weighted dips. My elbows are flared to shit there as that was my last rep lol (hence facial expression)

Though in saying that, I've found these feel like they're hitting my triceps more... Go figure lol

So....after seeing an Osteopath about my ongoing erratic (though lately regular) morning back cramps/stiffness, along with pain when I twist my upper body all caused by that goddamn f**king snowboarding injury 20 weeks ago...

I get an x-ray...

Yeah my back is pretty bad in the mornings; got a nice curve going myself.

Starting a 4month gym membership from tomorrow. Will take a photo of current body, and then one end April, and post results then....
