Mixed Jdm Sticker/vinyl

Hey guys,

seen a fews cars getting round with what looks like a whole bunch of jdm stance/illest stickers all piled over the top of each other. . . anyone know where to get it from or what its called? it looks to me like it comes in sheets and you cut it to size??

any help would be great, its like a sticker bomb lol
