hey guys

i've heard some people on the forums say that if you live overseas for a while (2 years i think), you can take your car back home. i'm not sure about this as i'm not very learned in import law, but i'm living in the UK at the moment and there's some sweet cars going a lot cheaper than what they would in aus. so it's worth checking out.............anyone had any experience in getting a car into the country that way?? can it still be a model that they sell in aus locally?

It's called a 'personal import', but the rules are strict. Go here and all is explained:
