Room For Rent In Dandenong Ranges

Hey guys, Posting this for a mate who has a house hes renting and needs a house mate;

3 Bedroom cottage style house in the Dandenong ranges, Around Tecoma/Belgrave area; Large block, Gas heating, Gas stove, Gas hot water; Free ADSL2 wireless.

Looking for a housemate shortly as he can't afford rent on his own. Rents $170pw, with free adsl2 as mentioned above, And bills work out to be about 10 dollars a week roughly; Bills will be split.

He's into cars, and all that jazz so typically a SAU person would get along with him rather well haha Just trying to fill that void, Otherwise he will move out unfortunantely. Really funny bloke, Easy to get along with, Loves to drink and party but works full time.
