Birds
Careful with candida misinformation - there's a lot of it on the internet; loads of forums treating candida as a permanent condition etc. 1 Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/370610-virus-bacterium-fungus-parasite/page/5/#findComment-7590643 Share on other sites
GTR-N1
Birds is right. It's not so difficult to rectify. Candida Albicans resides in all of us - but in the colon. Broad spectrum antibiotics are the most common cause of decimating good friendly bacteria in the gut and small intestine thus allowing the Candida to invade the upper alimentary system. From there, by eating foods that make the Candida multiply; it crosses the mucosal lining and hence into the blood stream. Then it looks for the weakest link in your body and lodge into warm moist areas of one's body. The fungal yeast organism is NOT pathogenic, so it cannot kill the host. GTR-N1
Four Stage Sequence :- 1) To eradicate the Candida which has gone systemic by... * Neem 500mg capsules. One 3x a day about 15mins before meals * Bactrex capsules. One 2x a day anytime. * Pau D'Arco capsules. One 3x a day at start of meals. Carry out at least two of the above if you can and symptoms in your gut and skin tend to take a turn for the better within a fortnight. GTR-N1
2) To Starve/Manage the Candida by abstaining from foods that feed fermentation... NO to wine, beer, bread (unless yeast free or toasted to crisp), buns/burgers, sugar, sugared foods and drinks (unless not sweet to the taste), sugared cereals, pizza, smallgoods, hard cheeses, dried fruit with sulphur dioxide preservatives, chlorinated swimming pools, bleach,... And wear cotton underwear. Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/370610-virus-bacterium-fungus-parasite/page/5/#findComment-7590754 Share on other sites
GTR-N1
3) To Replenish Good Bacteria aka Probiotics :- * Polybac 8 capsules. Take one 2x a day before food for a couple of bottles. This is much stronger than Inner Health Plus. * Maintenance with either Multiflora or Inner Health Plus. One a day - especially if your house gets musty/mouldy. * Air out your house as much as possible. Just because it's winter, don't close it up. Do your leather clothes/shoes attract a fine dust? GTR-N1
4) To Confine the Candida Back Through the Large Intestine to The Bowel:- * Echinacea and Garlic capsules in winter eg Echinatol brand. Two tablets 2x a day after food * Coenzyme Q10 100mg. One capsule a day anytime in summer. Don't worry about overlapping Carry out 4) a fortnight after commencing 1) and 2) even though it'll be Spring. Improvements should be apparent within a fortnight. All the best. Birds
Wow that's extensive and comprehensive - wish I had that guide when I had a Candida overrun - might have shortened the process for me. Taking erythromycin (should be banned) killed all the good bacteria in my stomach. Left me fked. Candida makes you very tired/lethargic when you have the overrun. Not sure how accurate their information is, but some of those forums postulate it's from the toxins they release when they digest sugar and carbohydrates in your body. Whether they're correct or not, humans searching for a cure will try almost anything = sometimes dangerous and costly practices. Nothing drives someone to succeed like an ailment! Even energy sapping candida overrun! I managed to overcome mine by a strict diet of steak and broccoli. I was also taking probiotics, choc probiotic balls and yakult every day. It was tough sticking to this but I started feeling better after a week or two (candida had been with me for 2 months). I'd like to think this diet helped, but like so many alternative medicines you can never be 100% that time and the body's natural healing didn't help - osteos thrive on this! 1 Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/370610-virus-bacterium-fungus-parasite/page/5/#findComment-7590774 Share on other sites
Nanogrip
Birds, I Googled candida and the first images I got where poop photos. Wow, I was not prepared for that. Ones with candida issues seem to have a high carb and high sugar diet, of which I have been avoiding for close to 15 years. My stool looks good, my spit looks good, I don't have white spot patterns in my mouth. My scrotum fungus probably is from long hours at work and it gets pretty humid, both down there and my surroundings. Jock itch. Thanks Terry, you're a wealth of knowledge and you take the time to answer our questions. I'll definitely be coming to this thread more often. GTR-N1
I'm a Psychopharmacologist Ned. I deal with Psych conditions emanating from deficiencies, allergies, sensitivity and toxicology. I'm supposed to be retired but there are brain chemistry problems out there caused by illicit drugs nowadays. And their parents are pulling their hair out. So pathetic. GTR-N1
E.Coli :- Mutated strain found in hogs in China To-day's announcement says that this strain is now deemed resistant to the strongest of all antibiotics. This strain is predicted to spread worldwide within a year or so. I would interpret this as a warning. L33SH
Diagnosed with Aeromonas species bacterium today. Been unwell for nearly two weeks, but apparently this bacterium is immune to antibiotics. Stomach cramps have subsided but I still have a general unwell feeling. If anyone has any tips for feeling better I would appreciate it! Trying to drink as much water as possible, but eating/drinking makes me feel unwell. My stomach doesn't like fruit at the moment either.
