6x9's in parcel shelf...possible?

Has anyone tried this? The only reason i ask is a good mate, who knows his stereo stuff said they would...with some serious fiberglassing. But i am moving and he won't get the chance to do this for me.

cause he said it was possible I went out and bought the best 6x9's i could find, and now stuck with $450 speakers that i can't fit in my parcel shelf. I f i had of realised i would have put

the money to decent amp or sub.

Anyone want to buy unused Pioneer 6x9's? The yellow coned ones.

yeh fibreglassing is essential.

can't cut metal mate.

and theres not much room to move around in the rear to put mdf spacers each due to the very acute angle of the windows!

you paid 450 for them!??!

we have em for 390 at work.
