Hey guys,

Got a silver R33 Series 2 GTST over the weekend after seeing a couple of the over the past few weeks, plenty of nicely priced skylines online at the moment.

I prefered the Series 2 due to the updated body and airbags. It's only got 79,000kms which I was a bit weary of but it looks legit, interior and seats and in great condition.

Running stock boost, only mods are adjustable BOV and Apexi CAI. Stock rims and height.

Thinking of mods but want to save money at the moment.

Hoping to meet you guys on the next Sydney cruise.

Cheers,

Rob.

series 1, 1.5 and 2 all run the same engine and body but they have a few minor differences. some of the plugs are different on the engine and the s1.5 and s2 have a nylon compressor wheel on the turbo instead of the steel wheel on the s1. they all still have the ceramic exhaust wheel which is the weak spot. the coil packs used on the s1.5 and s2 also have the ignitor built into them while the s1 has an external ignitor like the r32 does. body wise the s1.5 has the same panels as the s1 but has the s2 wing. the s2 runs different headlights, bonnet and front guards as well as different front bar and the skyline rear garnish is colour coded instead of being clear (but you will see many s1's and s1.5's with them painted to look like a s2). interior wise the s2 has a slightly different dash surround, different trim (on seats and doors) and different steering wheel.

that is most of the differences.

But I think u can boost it to 10 or 12psi with a stock turbo? I'm sure one of the boys on here will confirm that or correct me if I'm wrong lol.

Anyways I might see ya around, I'm down in glenwood
