For sale is my 1992 R32 GTR. I am the first and only Australian owner and followed it's process since it was privately imported by a friend of mine from Japan.

The car has never been in an accident. Never been defected. I have done approximately 12,000km's since it was imported in 2008. I have never taken it to a track, or drag strip.

I have never had 1 issue with the car. It's clean, honest, reliable and a beautiful car. It has been constantly garaged since my posession. My WRX gets left outside in the weather :P

When I drive the car, it is only on the weekend. I am actually selling it because of this reason. I simply don't have time to enjoy it anymore. I have two other cars. So please don't offer trades.

Engine / Suspension Related Modifications:

- HKS piping and 2x HKS Mushroom Pod filters. In a custom enclosed box.

- Kaikimoto exhaust. It is a little bit loud I won't lie

- TEIN Type Flex Coilovers

- HKS Power FC with hand controller

- Standard turbo's @ 14psi (hi) and 9psi (low) run by a GREDDY Profec B-Spec II

- Complete grounding kit

- 2x HKS SSQV Bov's

- Stock intercooler with upgraded HKS piping

- Exeedy HD Clutch (Would be <5,000km's old)

- Nismo radiator

- BM Racing Strut Brace

- R34 GTR Wheels (2 tyres are on the verge of needing replacement). The other tyres are Toyo Proxes 2

- 85,470km's

- 253.3 rwkw on 14psi. - My mechanic only has a RWD dyno & I wanted a safe tune that I can start my car on any given day and drive it.

Interior / Other Modifications:

- Interior is near perfect. Has the floor mats, all vents are perfect and the dash has no cracks/bubbles. The drivers seat isn't torn but is starting too in the usual spot.

- Full alarm/immobilizer system installed by Daniel @ Platinum Car Security

- HKS Turbo Timer

- Digital speedo reader + 0-400m timer + lap timer (works intermittently).

- Nismo Gear Knob

- 300km/h speedo

- Ganador mirrors

- TRUST Side Skirts

- Tomei AFR Guage & Apexi Boost Guage

- MTX Front speakers w/ Splits and Rear 6" Speakers.

- MP3 Headunit

Other:

- May 2012 Registration

- The stereo requires an amplifier to work. All the wiring is ready but right now there is no music without an amplifier. I haven't bothered getting one because who doesn't love the sound of an RB26DETT? :)

- It has previously had a different spoiler & CF bonnet in Japan. The boot holes have had authentic JDM racing tape put over them, and the standard bonnet on it now is a lighter shade of gun metal (you wouldn't notice it unless I told you). I'm trying to be as honest as I can

- I'm sure I have missed some things... If you have any questions feel free to contact me and I'll answer any enquiries.

- I will perform test drives until a deposit is paid

- Number plates aren't included with sale

- Chasing $18,500

- I work shift work so probably best to SMS me 0415 163 555 & I can call you.

Pictures

- Please excuse the poor quality phone pictures.

    • Thats the current state of the reo. Bit ew, but GTR Reo and supporting bars are $2000, and 2nd hand GTT ones are $1000... More engine disassembly. The good news is   Various LS weird sounds are apparently normal Everything coming out is in perfect condition The bad news is: Everything coming out is in perfect condition It looks like whoever assembled this engine ~25,000km ago was telling the truth with what's in it and how they did it. Even things I was unsure of like the timing chain - But it's a brand new double row timing chain, spaced perfectly. They even cut up the stock windage tray to keep it instead of being lazy and to work with the baffle. Cam, Heads, springs, LS7 lifters, Pushrods - All look new and have obviously been working perfectly. In other news, we removed the pineapples that were loaded below the superpro subframe bushes. They look a fair bit munted and have deformed the poly bushes that are 'above' them. I'm telling myself that now that there's space 'under' the bush between the little cup that bolts in... that having a pineapple wedged there was bad and basically made the rear end solid. The pineapple and the superpro bush are ... equally deformed (i.e they have deformed one another from being smashed together). We'll see how it goes with bushes only. I am sure this cope will fail and the answer will be to drop the subframe and put nismo rubber bushes in there instead. $400 worth of gaskets and ARP head bolts to replace perfectly new looking gaskets that absolutely weren't leaking  and were installed perfectly with great care - because god damnit.
    • Why bother? Keep them under 1bar and be happy, I had it for 10 years and never had an issue. once you go beyond that the budget blows out fast and then keeps on blowing out
    • I'd still recommend rebuilding the turbos too. That will eat up a lot of the budget especially if you aren't willing to put in the labor to R&R the turbos yourself but it's a huge risk to ignore it at this point.
    • Can't help it, its an illness.
    • Yep, agree with all of the above added on too. I just love the age old "what boost were you running?" Question without getting any other surrounding data. IE, may have ran 20psi, and lived for 12 years, but it was an 80 year old granma driving it to Bingo once a week and never took it over 2500rpm.
