Hi all,

I need your help here, and any feedback is appreciated.

I've gone to see and rung a few mechanics and auto electricians and a majority don't know how to fix the problem with my boost gauge. The boost gauge works sometimes and other times doesn't work. I don't want to tamper with the control sensor, just worried I'll brake something.

Does anyone know a good auto electrician that is also reasonably priced?

Also, I've had a service on my car, what brake pads are best suited for the Skyline R34 GTT? If the stock ones are the best, what type are they? Or does anyone know a good and trust worthy mechanic?

Thanks so much!

there are plenty of brake pads suitable for your skyline. which are best, or at least suitable for you depends on what you use your car for. if you go to track days then you would want something better than if you are simply using it as a daily driver.

as for the boost gauge, have you checked to make sure that the vaccum line is intact? other than that, do a search on here for a thread about how to fix it. if you aren't comfortable with doing the work yourself you could print out the instructions and take them to an auto electrician, or anyone that does electrical repairs for that matter, and have them do it for you.
