I got my nistune done at EFI about a year ago, Car still hauls ass and has had no issues shaun is like the car wisperer every car i've seen come out of there is a monster compared to when it went in.

I got mine done for mid $900... $960 maybe? Male it a round $1000 to be safe. That was fitted and tuned. Runs like a dream, smoother all round and slightly more fuel efficient as well :)

The Nistune solution has several advantages over other systems as it maintains several factory options such as cold starts, R+R if something goes wrong etc that the aftermarket ECU's can't compete with. Nissan spent millions developing and tuning their cars, no 3rd party will ever get the basic stuff as right as they did. that's part of te reason why I went with it.

Thanks for the responses guys so what did they charge u random hero?

About 1000 fitted and tuned?

It's either that or I go and safc 2 I can get one of them preety cheep

They had a deal going for $1000 (I think they are still doing it)

Safc is a really bad choice it's only a piggy back system and in my experience thats just throwing the money in a hole.

Boz has the right of it the stock ecu as a standard unit is quite the clever bit of tech, combining it with a nistune to make it a tuneable ecu with the standard safeguards in place you'd be mad not to utilise it.
