Heater Issues

Hey all, as i was driving to work today i noticed that my heater was very weak and eventually went to a very medium temp. I have a r32 gtr, just did a service on it yesterday, oil and coolant.

I had the car idleing for atleast 10-15 mins while topping up coolant as it circulated around the engine and heater lines, i had my heater on 32° and the fan on all the way.

I notice that when i first start up the heater works fine but after about 15-20 mins of driving it gets very weak (temp not fan)

Any ideas? I think the 10-15 mins idleing was plenty for the coolant to fill up but if its not how long should i be letting it idle before closeing the cap?

Btw it was 10-15 mins after the coolant reached peak tempreture. ( 80-85°)

Any ideas? Is there a certain way to bleed the coolant? Bleed valve or something?

turns out it was a worn out water pump!!! not enough cycle pressure due to coroded internal components...
