i planning to buy a S2 1993 done 135000km, and cost between 5500 - 6000 need to renew rego. is that a good price.

and what is the proformance difference between S1 and S2

93 was the first year of r33 production. the car you will be buying is a series 1.

The differences are airbags,engine,interior,wing,headlights,grill,front bar,front guards and probably a few more things.

As far as I know;

Series 1 ECR33 - External Coil Ignitor, Series 1 Push-Type Gearbox

Series 1.5 ECR33 - In-line Coil Ignitor, Revised Cylinder Head, Series 1 Push-Type Gearbox

Series 2 ECR33 - In-line Coil Ignitor, Revised Cylinder Head, Series 2 Pull-Type Gearbox

Plus obviously all the other minor cosmetic updates between all the series changes. I believe the Series 2 also had a larger and more reliable oil pump drive collar as well.

Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong though.
