I had a boost leak that I had believed to be my intake manifold and I just completed re-installing the manifold with a new gasket.

I do not seem to notice any boost leak any more however now the revs will constantly oscillate from about 1K-2.5K at idle. If I try to throttle the engine it still oscillates but at higher revs. I checked over all of the sensors and I believe everything is connected with the exception of the front knock sensor which was damaged a while ago.

The only other problem is that the screw to adjust the throttle body (Q45), not the idle adjustment screw but the other screw on the front of the TB stripped out. I tried putting a washer behind it, however the engine still behaved in the same manner.

Any ideas?

The screws on the TB are not for adjusting the idle speed. That is done through the AAC valve.

If your engine has a massive "hunt", then there is a massive air leak - check the area around the PCV valve. Also, did you thoroughly clean the surfaces of the mainfold and the cylinder head?
