Having Trouble Installing Inlet Cam Gear To Rb25Det

I have bought a set of jjr cam gears for my rb25 det to replace the vct.

My problem is that when i removed the vct cam pulley on the inlet side there is only one bolt hole and one keyway which doesnt line up. Am i doing something wrong???

here is a photo of my cam gears to confirm ive got the correct ones.

You cannot fit an adjustable cam gear to the inlet side of a VCT RB25DET

I can understand why you would want to get rid of VCT though, what with all the extra response and hp it gives you. Who in their right mind would want that?
