Moanie, please dont take this as a deliberate targeting of Colin because it most certainly isnt, nor is it a slagging on a "westsider".

Several spectators reported a black 180sx which may or may not have been Colins going sideways on the grass. Now you dont just go sideways, as Merli said if you loose traction most people would immediatley take their foot of the gas. Myself and Jeremy also saw a car in your group of cars doing chirpys in the carpark as you were leaving.

The problem being this could have a VERY damaging effect to SAU and understandably none of us are impressed. Those who left the marks in the grass know who they are and I hope they realise what they have done.

There were two 180s in our group? So are you picking on SINNA cause his plates are easily readable? You don't even know if it was colin? Yet you're all quick to blame! Maybe he lost a lil control? I'm sure someone took pics of the marks he left behind...i'd like to see them!

As for chirpys in the car park? Guess that means you saw me! you know my plates...feel free to report them too! And i can assure you i wasn't doing chirpys intentionally....but you obviously thought i was from what you saw....so don't you think the same could apply for colin?

I can understand it will be damaging for SAU...and thats the last thing i'd want....i just think its unreasonable for you to blame 1 person when there was obviously others doing it...PLUS i also believe you guys are being harsher cause he is a westsider!

THREAD LOCKED!!!

Yesterday was a awesome day for the club. We all came together to enjoy our hobby and check out some awesome cars. I am not threads like this trash how much fun yesterday was.

If anyone has issues with this then PM me.

No issues Carlo, I was going to do the same thing.

I will just add that a blue skyline was also reported to the police, and spoken to at the day.

I do hope that Colin is ok as it is never nice to be hurt.

    • To clarify what I posted above, I though you both had a situation where it cancelled sooner one way than the other.....if it is reasonably even where it cancels in either direction that is probably normal (consider gentle movements like lane changes, you don't want it to need half a turn of lock to turn the indicators off)
    • Son, in this country, that is a piece of Gyprock. f**king drywall. FFS! I also like the autocorrect of trailer to tablet. I was reading it and thing, "what the hell drugs is he on?" Then the photo made it clear enough.
    • SO whats the deal with this issue? I've read a heap of posts from the infinity owners in the US having full engine swaps done under warranty. Most claims are done on earlier cars than 2019 but I'm sure I've come across claims of 2020 models also having this issue. I like the 400r and Q50Red/S but can't fathom dumping close to 50k on a car with terminal issues!!!
    • The above video is working normally. That is, that's how the right hand indicator should cancel when rotating the wheel left.
    • I noticed that I could see creatures on the moon when I turned my new headlights on. I thought I should check the alignment. It's pretty rudimentary but I just grabbed some dry wall and put it against my tablet and made sure the beam was below the height on the headlights. Ie the beam is at 600mm on my car, I just made it lower than that 7.5m away.  Not the best but it'll do until I can do it properly at the local shops.
