hey is # 3 sold ? the seat rails..and will they work with bride seats to fit r33 GTST?

No they aren't, they are universal so they probably won't bolt to anything without making mounting brackets for them.

Nahs those aren't sold Ian, I've just been getting PM's the past week for things that are sold and it's driving me mad!

You'll need to make mounts for the seats and to bolt into the car for them though, a bit of work.
