What Turbo Timer Is This?

So I've searched google and the forums. Not much help. I've heard it is a turbo timer from japan and that's about all.

If anyone could give me and information at all, it would be appreciated.

Based off my 2 minutes off googling i'd say its a NAGAI ELECTRONICS Ultra Turbo Monitor (MODEL NO.4705)

Just so you know - all I did was look at your picture closely - I saw 'Turbo Monitor' Written on the top and googled for that. Looked in google images for the same one and BAM, easy.
