Tad Problem With My Indicators

Ok so i changed over my speedo cluster and now my indicators dont work. Would there be any reason as to why? when i hit the hazard lights button they seem to come on but they wont turn on the normal way. I didnt touch any wires except unplug the cluster and plug the new one in...

To be honest im not 100% sure i started fiddling around with the fuses and making sure all the connections were in properly and i turned the car off and on again (for like the 6th time) and they just started working. I was finding it quite odd...

if you had the hazards switch unplugged then it probably wasn't plugged in correctly. if it is unplugged the indicators won't work
