Is It Worth While Putting The Standard Radiator Shroud Back In ?

Hey Guys

Just wondering is it worth while putting the standard radiator shroud back in ? Im fitting a alloy 42mm triple core radiator to replace the standard one & cause the thickness is a lot bigger it's a pain in the bum to fit the shroud back in too ! Can i leave the shroud off & won't effect the cooling ? Cheers guys

the shroud helps the fan pull air through the core effectivly, much better cooling with it on

But with the lot thicker new radiator wouldn't cooling be alot better too ? I have seen a fair few cars without them , is the shroud going to make that huge of a difference ?

shroud makes a massive difference (make more difference than the bigger radiator will). deffinitely run it.
