Clutch Pedal Bracket Snapped At The Weld

Hi

I'm driving along and all of a sudden I hear a snap when i pressed the clutch. From that point I could not change gears. Having pushed the car off the main road and had a look I realize my clutch bracket has snapped off the weld.

I know need a new part or weld this one back up and I am keen on getting a reinforced nismo one but I probably don't need it. Is this part off an r32 gts4 interchangeable with any other skyline or any other Nissan?

Nismo one is just the standard bracket with some more spot welds

Any r32 clutch pedal will fit, just get one and reinforce it with a few mig welds. For the price of the nismo item you could buy a small island in the bahamas.

Agree with above. Nismo is standard with 2 or 4 extra spot-welds. Nothing special.

Actually pretty damn shit for what they charge for it...

A strengthened standard item is better & cheaper

Yeah I figured as much, it just looks so damn shiny.

Had the same happen in my old 180 quite a few years ago, managed to limp it home though being careful with gear changes. Just had the bracket welded back up, and all was fine.
