fair enough, I cant comment on how the adpatronic works, but the closed look wideband o2 on the EMU I had was rubbish lol, was all over the place, was handy to get a ballpark figure though.

Maybe set it up for the cruise cells and go for a gentle run down the highway see how it goes

i got this one kasko...looks nice ,Bosch sensor..

Ok fellas cause im self confessed wiring retard, can some one gimma a clue to wire this thing up..

Got sensor all plugged in and all, just wondering about power, stereo power work or should I look elsewhere..also engine ground..can i ground this anywhere as well or does it have to be engine??

I am about to bite the bullet and buy one of these:

Can someone please confirm that this will work with:

1) 0-5V wideband input for my FC Datalogit.

2) 0-1V narrowband input to my PowerFC to completely replace my 02 sensor with the wideband Bosch sensor.

I think I will also buy an oil pressure sensor too:

Where would be the best place to tap this sensor into the system? I would like to keep the stock oil pressure sender in the oil cooler/warmer if possible.

Thanks!!!

I own a lot of PLX gear/sensors and they a great!

The wide band kit is extremely accurate and I have benched it against a dyno and other AFR sensors.

It will all work as expected and interface great with a FC Data Logit and apexi power FC.

hmmm I should probably get one of those too!

You could splice into the red ACC wire around your stereo, Ideally it should be supplied from a switched ignition source. Ground can be any part of the chassis just needs to be bare metal so sand back the paint first...

As far as i know you need to make sure the sensor always has supply because they become contaminated very quickly if they are disconnected...

yeah its a nice little unit..

..

^^^thats what i was thinking of doing..just wanted to make sure i wasnt going to get interferance through stereo or anything but should be Ok

It was that or just splice into wires going by the ecu pinout..

the sensor just powers off the gauge...really need to get hold of a wiring diagram I could just hook into the headlights if I knew which bloody wire or fuse it was...
