hey guys,

finally got around to finding some injectors to work with.

i can get these 38mm bosch id1000's

http://www.fuelinjectorconnection.com/shop/index.php?_a=viewProd&productId=211

or get these 48mm bosch id1000's

http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/BOSCH-ID1000-1000CC-FUEL-INJECTORS-LS1-9-3-4-LENGTH-/360275679335?pt=AU_Car_Parts_Accessories&hash=item53e21a9867#ht_3187wt_907

now the 38mm units will be better for clearnace.

just want to double check that they will go onto my rb25 with a 14mm top feed rail.

cheers

i can fit the 3/4 in with a SLIM style rail but thats a 11mm rail so i would need to mill the injector holes to 14mm (machine shop)

but i was thinking if i got the 38mm i could run the 11mm top hat to bring them to 48mm and then run the 11mm rail.

just need to make sure they will go in no worries

and? doesnt really show me how they fit?

anyway i ended up ordering the 38mm injector with a 11mm top hat to bring the length to 48mm (3/4 size)

fingers crossed. if they are still too tall ill take the top hat off and run them as a 38mm injector with a 14mm rail.

so ideally i can come down 10mm in height if i NEED to.

$65 per injector is damn good!
