Another Headlight Problem

hey guys, i know that when you turn on the high beams that it is normal for the low beams to turn off.....but on mime the Drivers Side low beams stay on when i switch on the high beams and on the Passengers Side the low beams turns off with the high beams on

How can i make it that so the low beam turns off when i switch on the high beam??? Im trying to get a RWC to clear my defect and this problem comes up

Can someone please help me? any help will be appreciated

IV checked all fuses, BTW iv got HID's and im sure thats not the problem coz it was the same before i installed them. ANYONE HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM!!

Theres a trick where you can pull the light switch stalk out fromt behind the steering wheel and Solder a bridge accross 2 points on it to make the low beams stay on when the high beams activated. Might be worth checking?
