From under the car, pretty easy job. You'll need to replace the pipe. Bayonet fittings and hose are available from businesses like GCG.

You'll have a bit of oil come out, so have a catch can and dropsheet under it.

I found it far easier to unbolt the drain from the bottom of the turbo when re-fitting the pipe too. Its two 12mm bolts. Its a pretty tight setup, and not much leway for jiggling the rubber back over the drain.
