Simmo, i'd go at least .9 straight away. I found my RB20 miss-fired on anything more than 1mm.

DONT use Iridiums either! Just NGK coppers! BCPR6ES. If you grab these plugs without the -11 on them, they are gapped to .8mm out the box.

yeah i hear ya kitto... however oem is 1.1. but thats for stock boost and power.. the stock coils can do a fair bit more then that tho. worth a shot. all in all you'll waste 30 misn if you have to change the gap back down to a smaller one

You want the gap as big as you can get it without missfiring, try 1mm then if that still missfiring go down to .9mm, and so on and so forth, if its still missfiring anylower than .8mm at 15lb you may have other problems. aie.

The more boost you run the smaller the gap needs to be, the high pressure will blow the spark, if you need to lower the gap to much you will not get a big enough spark to ignite.the mix, you fan get electronic thingamagigs to boost your spark

I just realised why everyone is double posting or in MLR's situation quad posting.

When i went to post it comes up an error has occured try again(short version of the error anyway)

But it still posted it.
