hey guys im gaz, and ive just gotten hold of a 94 R33 4 door. as far as i kno im the 2nd australian owner and i got it off an older guy who imported it and has had the car since 98, its pretty neat and its all stock.

so far all ive done to it is a pod filter and sterio, its got an rb25det in it wit 153000ks on it, oh and its auto.. now my plans for it is to make it a tidy cruiser, wheels coiloves fmic and zorst are the only mods im planing for the moment. im thinking keep it reasonbly stock.

anyways i thought id get on here a bit more often and try learn a bit more bout my skyline (ie wat are common issues with them etc) and also i may get some ideas for future mods ;)

thanks dude im loving it.

my 1st rwd car to lol, ive been playin around with N13 nissan exas and ca18dets for the past few years. this thing drives so nice tho really cruise car and practile to.

      For something like this, I'd skip just going for the cheapest, I'd find the place with the best experiences people have had, especially for restoration work. Like everything, there is upholsterers, and then there is upholsterers. Some really great upholsterers for automotive restos won't even appear to have an online presence.   My guide would be find some of the old school classic cars that have been fully restored and are immaculate, and ask the people who own them who did the work on their seats

      Might be tricky matching the seat trim material  If your got the funds you "may" want to get the rear re-trimed as well to match the front

      How much is it to re-uploster?  Well that's a "how longs a piece of string?" question !  And I answer thusly: "twice half its length! " . . . . . .  Seriously you'll have to chase multiple quotes for that one from different uphlostrerereres !  Ask around, in your area and on the forums, chase reviews and most of all see the finished product in person cause photoshop is a wonderful thing !

      RB25DET Engine Oil Dipstick Length

      Hey everyone!!  I've noticed that whenever I do my oil changes, after putting 4L in, the oil level sits at the top mark in the dipstick. This is after letting the old oil drain for a very long time too! I've checked the oil level daily for the past few mornings.       Sport. I didn’t rebleed it cause I just removed the slave and left connected.    I will change line and slave and see how it goes.
