Installed Gtr Injectors And Getting Ignition Signal Fault Code

I installed gtr injectors and now im getting a ignition signal fault on diagnosis (Blitz rvit). Car cant hold idle and its misfiring.

Nothing else has changed but the injectors and the ecu chip to run them.

I crossed checked all the plugs and they're all back the way it was.

It was running fine before the installation

When you get an ignition signal fault what is the problem?

okay i put stock injectors back and car runs better... still getting the ignition signal fault code and misfiring off one cylinder.

oh and the head unit now does not turn off regardless of ignition switch position....

it looks like coil pack number 6 is faulty...
