if your going to change the turbocharger, be sure to go for a stand alone setup over a piggyback

piggybacks are usually comprimises and often can cost just as much once completed and tuned, if not very close

recommendations include

powerfc

vipec

you also need to make sure you have the following to support a larger turbocharger

fuel pump

injectors

airflow meter (if you go past 260rwkw)

clutch

ecu

tune to suit

in most cases you cant fit one without the other, ie you cant install injectors or airflow meter on stock ecu, and you cant tune the stock ecu (only remap)

I blew my standard turbo so I bolted on a aftermarket Garrett turbo and I still have a standard ECU, the car is running fine but as previously stated it's getting a boost cut, I have also got bigger injectors, fuel pump and AFM ready to go in. I'm opting for the nisstune board which is costing me $850 installed and tuned, if I had the money I would go for a stand alone setup.

Hope this helps - Trent
