What High Flow Cat To Get For My R33? Help Needed Asap

Hey guys as the title says what high flow cat to get?? im looking at two different brands of high flow cat and there both bolt on im looking at a catco high flow cat and an X-Force high flow cat which of the two would be the better option, if anyone else has any better options would be quite glad to hear them
