Help :( Rb25 Boost Lines

Hey,

Long story short: I've Built a RB25 R32 Skyline race car. I ran it for the first time a few weeks ago & it was a pig to drive. Surging all over the place. I presumed it must be a bad boost controller (been sitting for a bit). I bought a new Turbo-smart controller but still have the same problem. I the looked at all the boost/vac lines and its a mess (I think). So attached are a few pics of what goes where and what i think is right but i'd really appreciate your help.

Current (lol This is how the motor came) Idles fine under-load is terrible

How i think (well close to think) it should be ...

Yep bottom pic, make sure the stock boost controller is blocked too.
