Rear Wiper Jet Being Rude!

Hey all just wanna check if this is a common problem or just me ....every time I give it a little bit gas my rear wiper jet thinks its a good idea to jizz all over my rear window and it does my head in if anyone has discovered a solution to this problem or even why it happens please let me know cheers

Possibly previous owner had some sort of triggered air/meth injection or intercooler spray kit that triggers at high rpm but ripped it out when it was sold?

bahahahaha wicked.......my fronts just hit the top of my windscreen so i have to jab at it to achieve anything......
